What is the GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive European Union regulation designed to protect the personal data and privacy of individuals. It applies to organizations worldwide that process the data of EU residents. At Prabisha Consulting Limited, we apply these high standards of data protection and privacy rights to all our users, regardless of their location.
Your Fundamental Rights
You have the right to request and receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you—including your connected social profiles and platform usage data—in a structured, commonly used format.
Often called the "right to be forgotten." You can request the permanent deletion of your personal data, workspaces, and media assets, subject to certain legal and tax retention exceptions.
You can request your data in a machine-readable format to easily transfer it to another software provider or service without hindrance from us.
If you discover that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request immediate correction.
You can request that we temporarily halt the processing of your personal data while we verify its accuracy, or if you oppose its erasure during a legal dispute.
You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, or processing based strictly on our legitimate business interests.

Our Response Timeline
Our Legal Basis for Processing
We only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so, which includes:
Contractual Necessity: Processing is required to deliver the SaaS platform services, integrations, and automation features you subscribed to.
Legitimate Interest: To maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and continuously improve our marketing automation tools.
Consent: When you explicitly agree to receive promotional materials, newsletters, or marketing updates.
Legal Obligation: When data processing is necessary to comply with applicable tax, accounting, or legal requirements.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
