Under global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request the complete erasure of your personal information—often referred to as the "right to be forgotten." We respect your privacy and provide a straightforward process to permanently delete your account, connected social tokens, and digital assets from our platform.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
- User profile, email, and authentication data
- Connected OAuth tokens (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Drafted, scheduled, and published post history
- Uploaded media assets and generated AI content
- Brand workspaces and team member associations
Certain information must be retained to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations:
- • Invoices and subscription billing history
- • Security audit logs (e.g., login IP history)
- • Data required for ongoing dispute resolution
- • Anonymized, aggregated platform performance metrics
Our Deletion Process
Submit Request
Send an email to our official privacy address containing your account email and specify if you want a complete account deletion or a partial removal of a specific brand workspace.
Identity & Authorization Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletions, we will verify your identity. If you are requesting the deletion of a shared Brand Workspace, we will verify that you hold "Brand Admin" privileges.
Revocation & Purge
We will immediately revoke all active OAuth tokens to your social media accounts and queue your database records and media assets for permanent destruction.
Expected Timeline
Important Warning
- Irreversible Action: Once your data is deleted from our databases, it cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- Social Platform Content: Deleting your account with us does not delete posts that have already been published live to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram. You must delete those manually on the respective platforms.
- Backup Propagation: While your data is removed from our active production systems immediately upon processing, it may take up to 30 days to automatically fall out of our encrypted disaster-recovery backups.
